The apartment was clean, big size and amazing with views over the hills. They were helpful and fantastic, and we had a REALLY REALLY NICE stay for one night. The room was neat, with exceptionally comfortable bed. Location was marvellous and comfy, a 15-minute ride to Blackout. Everything here was excellent; would love to return.

Marvel Hills was definitely worth the price - clean, well-equipped and quiet room with a personal touch and stunning garden. The location was convenient, close to the train station and with good dining options nearby. The host was a true gentleman, always available and made me feel like part of their lovely family.
Breakfast items could be improved, maybe by adding more variety to the menu.

The view from the hotel was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking sights of the city and surrounding jungle. The location was convenient, close enough to the town center but still peaceful and quiet. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast served at the hotel, with a good selection of local and continental options.
Finding the hotel was quite difficult as tuktuk drivers were unfamiliar with the location. It would be helpful if the hotel provided a screenshot of the map to show drivers, as giving them the address didn't help.

The breakfast experience could have been improved with more variety of options.

Marvel Hills provided a truly comfortable and homely experience during our stay in Kandy. The hosts were welcoming and gave us valuable insights into their country. The breakfasts were outstanding, prepared with great thought and care. The location was ideal, away from the busy main street but still within walking distance to the town. We highly recommend listening to their restaurant recommendations.
Could not be improved in any way. 👌

the owner was friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. the location was great, close to the train station and in a quiet, green surrounding. the breakfast provided was superb, with delicious Sri Lankan options that changed daily. the room, although small, had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. it was a wonderful experience and we would definitely stay here again if visiting the area. Cons: the room was smaller than expected and lacked proper ventilation, which made it difficult to get comfortable at night.

The apartment was spacious and well-equipped, with a stocked kitchen and beautiful landscaped gardens. the breakfast was amazing, offering a variety of delicious options. the location was convenient, being central to everything and yet away from the noise and hustle of the city.
The room we had was small and felt smaller than advertised. At night, it was either the A/C or the fan to get some air, which was not always ideal.
